Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Subassembly Associates to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This position is responsible for assembling packaging components, product kits, displays, and customer-specific orders according to work instructions and quality standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, works well in a team setting, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. Essential Responsibilities Assemble packaging materials, kits, displays, and product components according to specifications Follow work instructions and production schedules to meet daily goals Inspect materials and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Package, label, and prepare completed products for shipment Count and verify components to ensure order accuracy Maintain a clean and organized workstation Report material shortages, quality concerns, or equipment issues to supervisors Follow all safety procedures and company policies Assist with general warehouse and production duties as assigned Qualifications Previous assembly, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements Comfortable working in a warehouse or production environment Preferred Experience Assembly or kitting experience Packaging or production line experience Experience working with production quotas or daily performance goals RF scanner or inventory experience is a plus Why Join Our Team?
