No experience required — we'll train you About the Role We're looking for reliable team members to join our assembly and packaging crew. In this role, you'll help put products together and prepare them for shipment to customers. If you're dependable, like working with your hands, and want a steady job with consistent hours, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble products according to instructions and quality standards Package finished items for shipping (boxing, labeling, sealing) Inspect products for defects and report any issues Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe Meet daily production goals as part of a team Follow all safety procedures and company policies What We're Looking For Dependable and on time every day Able to follow written and verbal instructions Comfortable doing repetitive tasks with attention to detail Willing to learn and take direction Team player with a positive attitude High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Most work is done seated at a workstation Lift up to 35 lbs occasionally Use hands for repetitive motion Good hand-eye coordination What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Paid training — no experience needed Steady, consistent hours Company-paid life insurance after 90 days of employment Opportunities to grow into higher-paying roles
