Job Overview Join our dynamic cannabis warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker/Packer, where your energy and precision will drive our order fulfillment process! In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure that our customers receive their orders promptly and in perfect condition. Duties Efficiently pick items from designated warehouse locations using RF scanners and order picker equipment to fulfill customer orders accurately. Operate heavy machinery such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Pack items securely according to packaging standards to prevent damage during transit while maintaining high-quality control standards. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and updating inventory records in the warehouse management system. Stock shelves and organize inventory to optimize space utilization and facilitate smooth order picking operations. Conduct regular quality checks on materials handling processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to improve workflow efficiency and support warehouse distribution goals. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in picking & packing, order fulfillment, and stock management. Hands-on experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other heavy machinery. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and processing shipments accurately. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate heavy equipment safely and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting if needed. Proven ability to handle heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail during order picking and packing tasks. Experience in shipping & receiving procedures along with quality control practices within a distribution setting. Strong organizational skills combined with mechanical knowledge to support efficient warehouse operations. $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
