Palletizes the larger elements of playground items, such as beams, climbing structures, fixtures, and more!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Package each part in a way that prohibits damage Ensures the label on the packaging will match the label on the part Work as a team when loading parts onto a pallet Check for quality defects Take direction from the team lead for position rotation

Able to work in a team environment Able to multi-task Able to rotate to other positions when needed

QUALIFICATIONS

Able to lift 50 lbs. Previous manufacturing experience preferred Basic computer knowledge preferred High school diploma/GED preferred This position description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. This position qualifies for a shift differential of $3.00 per hour. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
