Packer Assembly Lead

Position Reports to :

GM of Manufacturing General Purpose :

This position is primarily responsible for supervising overall Packer Assembly Operations. This would include supervising the entire process from start to finish, scheduling coordination, input and output.

Essential Duties:

Supervise the Day-to-Day operations of Packer Assembly Communicate results and concerns to management for decision-making criteria Support normal daily production and manage overall staffing in the Packer department Assist in training other workers (regular or temporary staffing agency) on daily processes and quality standards Manage and order all consumables Prioritize and manage workload effectively Identify and analyze subjective and objective data to identify problems and make suggestions related to overall proper specification of process

Qualifications:

Proven experience in assembly required Experience using a variety of assembly and manufacturing procedures Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawingsMust be able to understand production quality and outflow impacts, and able to judge the product quality level Have examples of past leadership roles Competitive Wages 4-10's with overtime on
