Temp-to-Hire | Full-time About the Opportunity Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Material Coordinators for a respected power distribution manufacturing company in Faribault, MN. In this role, you'll help ensure the production team has the right inventory at the right time, supporting a clean, organized, and safety-focused facility. What You'll Do as a Material Coordinator Deliver materials to production areas accurately and on time Perform material transactions using an ERP system (Epicor) Read and follow SOPs, job travelers, pick lists, and workflow assignments Operate powered industrial vehicles (forklift and similar equipment) Maintain a clean, organized warehouse; restock and stage materials Support continuous improvement by following and helping improve process standards Perform additional warehouse or materials projects as assigned What You Need to Bring to the Material Coordinator Role High school diploma Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly 2+ years of material handling experience in manufacturing or strong knowledge of material handling best practices Experience using an ERP system (Epicor preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions in English Ability to stand, lift, bend, and reach throughout the shift Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen (if required) Ability to use required PPE (eye, hand, foot, and hearing protection) Why You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing Solutions Enjoy weekly pay , access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum‑value plans), and temp‑to‑hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
