Job Description

Assembly Technician - Help build life-changing medical products! We're seeking detail-oriented, reliable individuals to join our Lake City team in assembling small medical components, inspecting parts, and packaging finished goods. You'll work with electrodes, sleep apnea belts, and other health-related items in a clean, focused environment. This full-time role runs, and offers hands-on experience in quality control and light manufacturing. If you're smart, precise, and ready to learn, we'd love to meet you! Schedule Monday-Thursday 3:00pm-1:30am Overtime as needed on Friday's Pay $19.97/hr Weekly paychecks every Friday Responsibilities Assemble small medical parts with precision and care Package and inspect products to meet quality standards Rotate through different workstations including belts, electrodes, and packaging Follow written and verbal instructions accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Perform tasks involving standing, sitting, squatting, bending, and medium lifting Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment Skills and Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Comfortable with repetitive tasks and learning new routines Able to stand for long periods and perform light physical tasks Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Previous experience in assembly or inspection is a plus Perks and Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Term life insurance Short-term disability 401(k) retirement plan Employee assistance program Paid holidays for qualifying employees Referral program Sick and Safe Time (ESST) #1176LI
