Shipping & Packaging Specialist

Shifts Available:

Shift 14: 2:00pm - 12:00am, Monday - Thursday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)

Starting Rate of Pay:

$19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour. What You'll Do As a Shipping & Packaging Specialist, you'll play a key role in preparing customer orders for shipment by: Packaging products according to customer specifications Verifying parts and quantities before shipment Operating scales to weigh and count products accurately Printing and attaching shipping labels and documentation Entering shipment information into our ERP system Wrapping and banding pallets to ensure safe transportation Requirements Basic math skills for weighing and counting parts Ability to use computers and ERP systems for data entry Attention to detail when verifying shipments Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Previous shipping or warehouse experience is helpful Physical Requirements Frequent lifting up to 65 lbs Standing, bending, and repetitive packing tasks Working in a warehouse environment Benefits Annual pay-for-performance increases Paid holidays and paid time off Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance FSA/HSA options Employer-paid life and disability coverage 401(k) with company match 24/7 on-site fitness center Temperature-controlled facility Clow Stamping Company is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants.
