Logistics Coordinator - Picker/Packer (1st Shift)

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30

Contract (2-3 Months with Potential for Extension) Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator - Picker/Packer to support warehouse and logistics operations in St. Paul, MN. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate order fulfillment, inventory management, and timely shipment of supplies. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick, pack, and ship materials and supplies Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory appropriately Match pick sheets to product using part numbers and descriptions Coordinate and fulfill internal supply requests Support specialty equipment and uniform distribution requests Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas Perform basic quality assurance checks as needed Assist with inventory tracking, ordering supplies, and special projects Support evolving warehouse and logistics needs as responsibilities expand Qualifications Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (frequent lifting of 15-20 lbs) Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory and part numbers Intermediate computer skills (data entry, inventory systems, order tracking) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Additional Details Contract position lasting approximately 2-3 months , with potential for extension or additional responsibilities based on performance Opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic logistics environment Pre-employment background check and drug screening required Why Apply?
