Ice Cream Packer

Position is located in Brentwood however you must complete your first interview at our recruiting office in Fenton, MO . Starting pay is $17.76 for both 1st shift 7AM-3:30PM and 2nd shift openings 3PM-11PM with mandatory OT on some Saturdays and before/after shift. You will need to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug screening. Due to overtime requirements the metro is not accessible for the end of 2nd shift.

Job Duties:

Perform the various ice cream production process Equipment monitoring and packing the product into boxes Operate as a business unit and understand quality, cost, downtime, safety and efficiency. Use the automated computer systems to manage the quality, efficiency and downtime in the process. Troubleshoot and fix equipment and quality related process problems. Maintain a clean and sanitized process area.

Manufacturing environment, individual will be expected to work on the manufacturing floor and be exposed to mechanical operations and cleaning and caustic solutions. Other duties as assigned

Skills:

Knowledge to properly utilize PPE such as ear protection, safety glasses, boots, gloves, face shields and uniforms. Must be able to lift up to 25lbs Able to read and understand product specifications Ability to complete job related documentation Basic computer skills Ability to work in an extremely fast paced environment on a packing line Ability to understand general machine operations including LOTO (training will be provided), and basic trouble shooting skills
