Job Description
Hours:
7:30am-4:00pm The Quality Control & Finishing team plays a critical role in ensuring every garment meets the highest standards before it reaches the customer. This position involves inspecting garments before and after decoration to identify defects, confirm correct artwork, and verify order accuracy in a fast-paced production environment. Team members are cross-trained across multiple areas, contributing to both quality and efficiency while maintaining strong attention to detail. This role requires a commitment to high performance standards, teamwork, and safety, along with the physical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the entire shift while handling up to 60 pounds repeatedly. This is an associate to hire opportunity in Grandview, MO. Quality Control & Finishing Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Inspect garments for defects, ensuring products are free of any imperfections
- Inspect garments to confirm the correct artwork has been applied
- Identify quality issues and reject products that do not meet quality standards
- Confirm order quantities are correct
- Complete according to work order instructions as indicated
- Meet department production standards
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
- Perform all other duties as assigned
- Meet and perform job duties with attention to safety guidelines
Quality Control & Finishing Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Warehouse experience
- Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for entire shift
- Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
- High level for attention to detail
- Ability to cross train for various job responsibilities
