Feeder Packer

Summary:

Performs Finishing functions by supporting the department by assisting with packing products. Follow general safety and compliance with all workplace rules, policies and procedures, i.e. SQF, safety, etc.

Essential Functions:

Responsibilities include making sure the pallet jack inspections are filled out at the start of the shift. Feed cartons on to the gluer and then switch to packing cartons rotating every 2 hours. Check for printing and cutting issues at the feed and check for printing, cutting, and gluer defects at the packer. Assist in make readies, daily clean up, and the preventative maintenance of the gluer. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs. Qualification /

Requirement:

The ideal candidate should have the capacity to understand finishing process in its entirety.

Protective Equipment Required:

Safety glasses, safety shoes, earplugs, cut-resistant gloves, hairnet, and beard net if necessary hard hat (When required).
