$16.50 per hour LSI Staffing is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals for General Laborer and Packager positions for a reputable client in the Tiffany Springs area of North Kansas City.

Job Summary:

LSI Staffing is seeking hardworking General Laborers and Packagers for 1st shift opportunities in Tiffany Springs. These positions offer a Monday through Friday schedule with competitive pay. We are looking for individuals who are eager to work and contribute to a positive team environment. Responsibilities (may vary depending on the specific role):

General Laborer:

+ Performing various physical tasks in a warehouse or production environment. + Loading and unloading materials. + Moving and organizing products. + Assisting with setup and cleanup of work areas. + Other general labor duties as assigned.

Packager:

+ Inspecting products for quality before packaging. + Assembling boxes and containers. + Carefully packaging products according to specifications. + Labeling packages accurately. + Maintaining a clean and organized packaging area. + Meeting production quotas and quality standards. + Other packaging duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

+ No prior experience is required for these entry-level positions; however, previous experience in general labor, packaging, or a related field is a plus. + Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. + Strong work ethic and a positive attitude. + Reliability and punctuality are essential. + Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. + Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. + Must be able to work the scheduled 1st shift hours.
