Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Picker/Packer/Shipper and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and shipping products to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting efficient order fulfillment and inventory management. Duties Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and process customer orders Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load and unload shipments safely Perform stock replenishment, stocking, and inventory checks to maintain optimal stock levels Pack products securely, ensuring quality control standards are met for safe transportation Prepare shipments by labeling, documenting, and coordinating with shipping & receiving teams Assist with order fulfillment tasks including order picking, packing, and sorting for distribution Conduct load & unload activities efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and mechanical knowledge requirements Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate order processing Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform quality control checks on products and packaging Ability to lift heavy items regularly and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting and load & unload activities Prior warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment and stock management Embark on a rewarding career journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
