We have an exciting opportunity for a Cannabis Concentrate Packager to join us on our journey to transform our bold ambitions for the Missouri medical and recreational cannabis market into a reality. Our Cannabis Concentrate Packager will work out of our warehouse location in Rock Hill. Full-time employees will receive medical benefits, paid time off, and a starting rate of $17.50/hr. The job is Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Packaging a wide variety of vapes and concentrates. Ensuring consistency and efficiency of product through quality control testing and procedures outlined by the company; Setting up work station according to daily packaging goals established by the Processing Director; Following and completing a defined packaging list; Determining whether and what additional packagers are needed to assist; Recording data in all necessary software platforms; Packaging infused products into proper containers with proper labeling to ensure compliance with state regulations; Monitoring packaged products for quality and consistency; Assisting in the monitoring of dates and labels on all inventory and alerting to the need of scheduled destruction as necessary; Updating and maintaining accurate Processing production records; Working as part of a team to meet production schedules; Maintaining relevant training as new products are introduced; Assisting packaging department as needed; Ensures the cleanliness and safety of the extraction workspaces; Performing all assigned duties required to ensure a clean and safe production facility.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; General knowledge or passion for cannabis; 1+ years of professional and/or personal experience working in a lab that adheres to strict health and safety standards preferred; Ability to obtain a Missouri Agent ID card by start date; Must be 21 years of age or older; Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong process orientation; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The following education, skills, and experience are preferred for this role: Knowledge of extraction, product manufacturing, vape oil, product processing, "bubble hash," and distillation; Knowledge of extraction labs.
