Packer/Shipper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Packer/Shipper to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment while ensuring quality standards are met. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and uphold safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with heavy equipment, manage inventory, and contribute to efficient warehouse distribution processes. Responsibilities Carefully pack and prepare products using appropriate packaging materials to ensure safe delivery Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load and unload shipments Use warehouse management systems to track inventory, process orders, and update stock records accurately Perform order picking and packing tasks efficiently using order picker equipment and mechanical knowledge Conduct quality control checks to verify product accuracy, condition, and completeness before shipping Manage shipping & receiving activities by coordinating with carriers and ensuring timely dispatch of orders Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards and warehouse procedures Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations including picking & packing, stocking, and order fulfillment Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory tracking Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy loads regularly and perform heavy lifting tasks safely Knowledge of shipping & receiving processes along with quality control procedures Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus but not required Mechanical aptitude for handling materials handling equipment and troubleshooting basic issues Join our team today! Pay:

$19.00 - $23.00 per hour
