Job Description

Industrial Southwest City, MO Multiple $20.65/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking a dependable Tote Dumper to join their production team in Southwest City, MO. This position plays an important role in maintaining production flow by handling finished products, operating forklifts, and ensuring work areas remain clean, safe, and organized. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, able to work independently, and comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
Load finished products into trailers using a forklift.
Ensure totes are completely emptied before processing.
Remove paper, plastic, and other materials from totes and dispose of them properly.
Manually break down totes and stack pallets as required.
Follow all Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and Training Within Industry (TWI) procedures.
Operate equipment safely while maintaining production standards and product quality.
Complete required department paperwork and documentation accurately.
Read and understand production flow paths and work processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Identify workplace hazards and follow all safety policies and procedures.
Work cooperatively with team members to support production goals and continuous improvement efforts.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations.
Qualifications
Previous forklift experience preferred.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity.
Ability to read and follow written instructions and procedures.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills. Physical Requirements Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, dusty, and noisy environments.
Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb stairs or ladders as needed.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work with cleaning chemicals and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Must be able to pass required fit testing, physical examination, and pulmonary function testing.
