Job Description

Day Shift ($17.25/hr.) and Night Shift ($18.75/hr.) available Split Shift (_ one week _= Mon, Thurs, Fri and second week = Sat, Sun, Tue, Wed) 8hrs OT on every check. Benefits on day one! Lots of PTO!! Job Summary Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Inspector/Packer, where your keen eye and hands-on skills will ensure the highest quality standards are met for our products. In this vital role, you will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, and preparing items for shipment while adhering to strict safety and regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and mechanical aptitude will help maintain efficient production flows and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an energetic environment where every task contributes directly to delivering top-quality products to our customers. Duties Visually Inspects and packages production on assigned machines utilizing internal resource materials and the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure product meets quality standards and customer specifications. Prepares packing materials and ensures materials, labels, and finished product meets specifications. Maintains all job-related documents and transactions per the QMS. Communicates with shift personnel to alert for quality and production related issues. Loads data in the production monitoring system, as applicable. Sorts nonconforming product as directed by Shift Supervisor or Management. Manually/semi-automatically assemble medical devices and operate assembly equipment, as applicable. Supports the QMS by adhering to the system requirements. Understands and follows plant safety rules. Helps to identify and eliminate any safety hazard or concern. Assists in monitoring of quality of work output. Maintains compliance with company policy and procedures. Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area. Responsible for reporting any problems or concerns to direct Supervisor. Maintains good working relations with all other employees. Strives to have no conflicts with other employees. Requires regular attendance to perform essential element as contained herein between the assigned start and end times for work. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Prior experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, or assembly environments is preferred. Self-motivated to learn and perform job tasks to meet or exceed customer and company expectations. Demonstrates the capacity to work at an efficient rate to meet production goals and standards. Effectively communicates with others both verbally and in writing. Ability to work 12-hour shifts (8am•815pm or 8pm•815am)
Pay:
$17.25•$18.75 per hour
