What You'll Do as a Packing associate Assist the packaging team with assembling and preparing products for shipment Perform hand collating, kit building, labeling, and final product assembly Package products according to customer specifications and quality standards Inspect products for defects and notify team leads of quality concerns Load and stage materials for production runs Pack completed products onto pallets, carts, or cartons Operate basic equipment such as shrink wrappers, cartoners, and box cutters Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines Accurately track time and material usage in company systems Support the team with additional production tasks as needed What We're Looking as a Packing associate Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a team environment Good communication skills Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed Why Join Us as a Packing associate?
