Job Description

Nesco Resource is hiring for Feeder/Finishing Packer on 1st shift for our Client in Conover.
Pay:
$16.00
Shift Hours:
7am-7pm Work 4 days on / 4 days off Please note the following key points:
  • Steal Toe Shoes are required since Day 1.
  • 12 hours shift
  • Opportunity for conversion
  • Opportunity for OT
  • Schedule (4) days off, (4) days on Can start with Cleared DT while BG is running
Top Requirements:
1. lift 50 lbs. regularly 2. attention to detail 3. safe working techniques
Job Description and Essential Functions Job Responsibilities:
Prep rolls Split cores housekeeping Identify board grades Banding Operate roll pusher Follow all Core Values and Behaviors. Additional job duties as assigned by department manager.
Safety:
Required
  • PPE must be worn while on your job. At a minimum safety glass, steel or composite toe shoes and hearing protection. Gloves are always required on the production floor and warehouses. Please see Appendix A and Appendix B (Conover specific) attached to the
  • Glove Policy (CompliantPro). Bump cap per company policy Required
  • All safety policies and guidelines must be followed. Required
  • Comply with safety participation program Required
