Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Entry Level Packaging Associate to join our dynamic team within the biotech and pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. This role involves supporting the packaging and assembly of medical and biotech products in compliance with strict regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining high-quality production standards. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain foundational experience in manufacturing, packaging, and quality assurance within a regulated environment. Responsibilities Assist with the packaging of biotech and pharmaceutical products following established procedures and safety protocols Operate packaging machinery and hand tools to assemble, label, and package products efficiently Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice), and company quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines Support inventory management by accurately handling warehouse materials and supplies Use forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely for material movement when necessary Perform routine inspections of packaged products for quality assurance purposes Follow detailed work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy in packaging processes Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining safety standards Skills Basic mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment and hand tools Familiarity with packaging processes within a regulated environment such as biotech or pharma industries Understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and quality standards Experience with warehouse operations, including forklift operation is a plus Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely and work efficiently in a team setting Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in assembly and packaging tasks Willingness to learn new skills related to programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and manufacturing automation systems This position is an excellent entry point for individuals interested in advancing their careers within biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
