Position Summary This role supports the Pick & Pack department and is responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to beverages, snacks, provisions, and hygiene items. The position plays a key role in ensuring that all items are accurately prepared, organized, and loaded to support daily operations. Responsibilities may include organizing beverages into trays, loading beverage trays onto carts, sorting provisions or hygiene items, and pushing carts throughout the facility. While employees may not perform every task daily, they must be flexible and willing to adapt, as job assignments can change frequently and without notice based on operational needs. Key Responsibilities Load carts and trolleys with platters, dishes, utensils, containers, and other assigned items Tag all racks, trays, and trolleys in accordance with company standards and procedures Follow all established process control documentation to ensure consistency and compliance Accurately record and track all assigned activities in a timely manner Organize beverages, snacks, provisions, and hygiene items according to operational needs Load beverage trays onto carts and prepare items for distribution Push carts and assist with general workflow within the department Adhere to all food safety, health and safety regulations, and company policies Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Maintain flexibility to perform different tasks as assignments change Regular and timely attendance is expected for the position Other duties may be assigned based on operational needs Education / Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in a warehouse, production, food service, or similar environment is a plus but not required Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team-oriented setting Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Good organizational and time management skills Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing tasks and priorities Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Work Environment Must be able to work onsite Role requires frequent standing, walking, pushing, and lifting May be required to lift up to 50 pounds Work may take place in cold or refrigerated areas Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required Noise levels may vary from moderate to high EEO Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, national origin, religion, sexual
