Order Processor

Job Objective The Order Processor is responsible for receiving, picking, and moving boxed products and cases throughout the Ralph Lauren Distribution Center to support accurate and efficient customer order fulfillment operations.

Pay & Schedule Pay Rate:

$14.25-$15.25+ per hour

Schedules:

Multiple schedules available (approximately 4-5 different options). Hiring for all shift patterns. Specific schedule details will be provided during the hiring process. Essential Job Functions Prepare for the workday with appropriate tools and materials before reporting to the workstation. Read work orders or receive and interpret oral instructions to determine daily assignments. Take direction from the Distribution Manager, Distribution Coordinator, and/or DC Supervisor. Use RF devices and/or paperwork to track and record materials received and orders completed. Safely open multiple source cases using proper cutting techniques. Gather and move appropriate quantities of units from source cases to destination cartons. Pack cartons neatly and accurately by SKU based on associated paperwork. Seal cartons using the "H" taping method when required or during idle time. Identify cartons and place them in the correct zone marked "next" for visibility. Move source cases toward the back of the assigned zone during order processing. Mark materials with identifying information and investigate discrepancies as they arise. Review customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine materials to move or distribute. Compile worksheets or tickets based on customer specifications. Perform indirect functions such as print/apply, no-read line processing, and quality assurance tasks. Operate pallet jacks and push/pull picking carts as needed. Enter records into computer systems (PkMS knowledge preferred/contingent). Physical Requirements Ability to walk long distances. Ability to stand for extended periods of time (frequently more than 4 hours). Ability to sit occasionally (up to 2 hours). Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel occasionally during the shift. Ability to twist while lifting on an occasional basis. Ability to climb occasionally as needed. Ability to push and pull more than 20 lbs occasionally. Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions frequently throughout the shift.

Ability to lift:

10-20 lbs frequently (more than 4 hours per shift) 20-50 lbs on a moderate basis (2-4 hours per shift) Over 50 lbs occasionally (less than 2 hours per shift)
