Job Summary:

The Packing Department Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately packing products for shipment. This role involves working closely with the shipping and production teams to ensure all products are packed according to company standards and customer requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Pack products according to company standards and customer specifications. Ensure that all packed items are labeled correctly and include necessary documentation. Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized packing area. Assist with inventory management by keeping accurate records of packed items. Operate packing equipment safely and efficiently. Collaborate with the shipping department to ensure timely and accurate shipments. Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a packing or warehouse role preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
