Pay:
$19.51/Hour 1.00 Differential if working (Nights) Plant Specific Details 2/2/3 schedule - work approximately 13 days out of the month 2 (3) day weekends off a month 12-hour shifts
Injection Molding:
6:15pm - 6:30am or 6:15am-6:30pm Ability to shift swap with prior approval and one weeks' notice.

Your Role:
As a Packaging Machine Operator, you will be responsible for providing support to the operation team by working safely to feed material into machines, inspecting product for defects, and packing finished goods in correct configuration. You will have the opportunity to Make Great Things Happen! Ensure compliance with GMPs, safety, quality procedures and keep productivity standards. Efficiently maintain the operation of machinery by monitoring codes and dates. Make minor adjustments/repairs as necessary using appropriate bench and hand tools. Perform quality checks and makes the necessary adjustments. Check controls on equipment such as vacuums, heat, pressures, timing, and water flow. Maintain various records such as production reports, data entry, and detailed shift reports. Check raw materials inventory and inform warehouse of shortages. Communicate effectively with oncoming shift lead/operator regarding all pertinent information. Perform other related duties as required or directed by the team leader. Ultimately, you will play a very important role on our manufacturing team and will help to create an efficient manufacturing environment.
