In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting, packing, and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that each order meets quality standards and is delivered on time. Duties Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and verify customer orders. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Perform order fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, stocking, and labeling products according to specified procedures. Ensure proper packaging of items to prevent damage during transit while adhering to quality control standards. Assist with shipping and receiving processes by loading outbound shipments and verifying inbound deliveries against purchase orders. Maintain organized storage areas, stock levels, and inventory records through effective warehouse distribution practices. Conduct regular quality checks on products, ensure heavy lifting safety protocols are followed, and report any discrepancies or damages promptly. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or inventory management. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, mechanical lifts, and pallet jacks safely. Mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment is a plus. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for quality control and accurate order fulfillment. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load/unload items regularly throughout shifts.
