Baker & Packer to join our team ASAP! When we say experience , that doesn't have to mean a commercial bakery background — home baking counts ! If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating high-quality treats for dogs, we'd love to meet you. Job Summary As a Baker & Packer, you'll help prepare, bake, and package a variety of dog treats and cakes . You'll work in a production-style environment where speed, accuracy, and teamwork are key. This position is hands-on and physically active — perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy and working with purpose. Responsibilities Prepare and bake dog treats and cake items by hand and with commercial bakery equipment. Follow recipes and production instructions precisely to ensure quality and consistency. Monitor oven temperatures and baking times to achieve perfect results. Package, weigh, and label products accurately. Prepare orders for UPS shipments. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area. Wash dishes and perform light janitorial tasks as needed. Work closely with the owner to coordinate baking schedules and meet deadlines. Follow all food safety and sanitation regulations. Requirements Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Knowledge of measurements and conversions in the kitchen. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines. Must be 18 years or older (per NC regulations for bakery equipment). Able to lift up to 50 lbs , stand for long periods, and perform repetitive hand motions. Not ideal for individuals with back or joint issues due to the physical nature of the job. Self-starter who is organized and dependable. Great teamwork and communication skills . Customer-oriented with a positive attitude. Must have reliable transportation and consistent attendance. Child care must be arranged during work hours (if applicable). Must pass a drug screening and background check . And of course — you must love dogs! You'll be greeted by them daily.

Schedule Full-Time:
