In this role, you'll help ensure our baked goods are packaged accurately, meet quality standards, and are ready for distribution. We're looking for someone who works well with others, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in their work. Key Responsibilities Package bread products while ensuring quality and consistency standards are met Verify correct product counts per package Move racks of baked goods between production and packaging areas Slice buns and rolls as needed Load bread onto conveyors for packaging Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable, punctual, and a team player Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable working in both warm and cold environments Ability to work full-time hours (40+ per week)
