Glass Packing Technician

Cardinal CT Mount Airy has a full time opening for a Glass Packing Technician.

Primary Responsibilities:

Manually Lift up to 50LBS. of raw material, finished products, and/or pack items repetitively in a fast paced environment. Must be able to pack 250 pieces of glass per hour. Mark or tag identification on glass products. Inspect glass for visual / and or material defects as well as quality specification tolerances. Follow 5S procedures to maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work environment. Count finished products to determine if product orders are complete. Communicate pertinent information to co-workers, supervisors, & management. Complete all other tasks as required. Respect for each co-worker. Regular Attendance as outlined in attendance policy. Ability to work in a team environment and use good judgment.
