Production Packer/Labeler

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Packer/Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading, understanding and filling customer orders with emphasis on ensuring that all items are packed securely and labeled accurately. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of our operations, contributing to the overall success of our production line. Duties Pack product into boxes or containers, ensuring they are secure and protected for transit. Operate labeling machines and tablets as needed for packaging tasks. Assemble packaging materials, including boxes, labels, and protective inserts. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to ensure timely production and packing of goods. Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse environment. Conduct quality checks on packed items to ensure compliance with company standards. Utilize forklifts to move materials as necessary within the facility (if certified). Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working in the manufacturing facility. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Must be able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently. Bi-lingual is a plus. Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus, as it may assist in troubleshooting minor issues during the packing process. Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is advantageous but not required; training may be provided.
