2 (1 Packer, 1 Floater) About the Role We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join a growing adhesive manufacturing company. These are hands-on roles ideal for candidates who enjoy staying active and are looking for long-term opportunities with room to grow. Position Overview
Packer:
Focused on packing, preparing, and moving product for shipment
Floater:
Supports production and assists with general facility upkeep after conversion (including yard work, trash removal, and other tasks as needed) Key Responsibilities Stock boxes and prepare materials for production Pack and load finished products for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Assist with general warehouse and facility duties as needed Support additional cleanup and outdoor tasks (Floater role) Qualifications Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to lift, move, and stack materials throughout the shift Reliable attendance and positive attitude Willingness to learn new skills, including forklift operation (training provided) Why Join Us?
