Job Description
Hudson Table is a cooking class, catering & private events company with locations in Hoboken, Philadelphia, Stamford, Brooklyn, and Princeton. Behind every class and event is a Fulfillment Center in Clifton, NJ that makes it all happen — and we're looking for a detail-obsessed Picker/Packer to join the team. This is a part-time role (20-25 hrs/week) for someone who takes pride in getting it right. You'll be picking and packing orders that go directly to our kitchens, so accuracy isn't just preferred — it matters. What you'll be doing: Picking orders accurately from storage using order lists and a handheld device Packing bins carefully so products arrive organized and protected Helping maintain clean, accurate stock levels and flagging any discrepancies Assisting with loading when needed Running quality checks to make sure every order meets our food safety standards Keeping the warehouse safe and efficient What we're looking for: Strong attention to detail — this is the most important thing Food handling knowledge and a restaurant or food prep background Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly Good basic math skills, including food measurement conversions Someone who can move fast without cutting corners High school diploma or equivalent
