Responsibilities Carefully pack finished products using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are secure and meet FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and completeness before packaging, adhering to detailed specifications. Operate hand tools and basic mechanical equipment to assist with packaging tasks and minor assembly processes. Use forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area or storage zones. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area to ensure a safe, efficient workspace that complies with safety protocols. Follow standard operating procedures for packaging, labeling, and documentation to meet regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members in assembly lines and manufacturing processes to optimize workflow and productivity. Qualifications Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred but not required. Basic mechanical knowledge and experience using hand tools are advantageous. Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification is a plus. Knowledge of packaging techniques, assembly processes, and warehouse safety standards. Understanding of FDA regulations, CGMP guidelines, and quality control procedures related to manufacturing. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
