Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join our client's production team in Monroe, NJ. This role plays a key part in supporting packaging operations and ensuring finished products are prepared accurately and efficiently for distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and assist with blister seal machines and vertical bagging machines Pack finished products into boxes according to company standards Load machines with product components (e.g., bones/materials) as required Monitor packaging processes to ensure quality and consistency Assist with general packaging and production tasks as needed Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work overnight (3rd shift schedule) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team-oriented with a dependable work ethic Ability to stand for extended periods No heavy lifting required Must have a clear background check Must be authorized to work in the

United States Work Environment:

Production/warehouse setting PPE required at all times on the production floor Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks
