In this energetic role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders in a fast-paced distribution environment. Your focus will be on efficiently using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and heavy equipment such as reach trucks and forklifts to ensure timely order fulfillment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with state-of-the-art materials handling tools, contribute to smooth warehouse operations, and be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence. Your attention to detail and physical stamina will help us deliver top-quality service while maintaining safety standards throughout your shift. Duties Operate reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders Select items for shipping with precision, ensuring correct quantities and quality control standards are met Assist in shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments and preparing outgoing orders Stock shelves, organize inventory, and perform regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels Pack products securely for shipment, including labeling and documentation according to company procedures Support warehouse distribution tasks by loading trucks efficiently and ensuring timely delivery of orders Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in order picking, packing, and stock management Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, and pallet jacks Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanner technology for order fulfillment processes Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials handling tasks efficiently Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus Mechanical knowledge or experience operating heavy equipment enhances your capability in this role Strong attention to detail for quality control, order accuracy, and safety compliance Join us as a Selector - Picker on our night shift team!
