Duties Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick and pack customer orders, ensuring correct items and quantities are selected. Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools to load, unload, and transport materials safely within the warehouse. Conduct quality control checks during picking and packing processes to verify product integrity and prevent shipping errors. Prepare shipments by packaging items securely according to company standards, including labeling and documentation for shipping & receiving. Assist with inventory management tasks such as stocking shelves, replenishing supplies, and conducting stock counts to maintain optimal stock levels. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing products for efficient order fulfillment and timely dispatch. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to ensure safety protocols are followed during heavy equipment operation and materials handling tasks. Qualifications Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, or related roles. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for order processing. Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely. Strong mechanical knowledge related to materials handling equipment and warehouse machinery. Physical ability to perform heavy lifting, load & unload shipments, and stand or walk for extended periods. Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and accuracy in order fulfillment.
