Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Packer to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing finished products, ensuring they meet quality standards and packaging specifications. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth production flow, uphold safety protocols, and support our commitment to delivering high-quality products to our customers. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in manufacturing and packaging. Duties Carefully pack finished goods using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring products are protected during transit and storage Conduct quality checks on packed items to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with specifications Prior experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments is preferred, especially with packaging or assembly tasks Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools are advantageous for assembly and packing duties Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to maintain accuracy in packing and documentation Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move materials throughout the shift; ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Qualification Knowledge of production procedures and work instructions High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experiences is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift. Observe and follow company safety rules and regulations Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as need: ear plugs, hair nets, etc. Teamwork oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Punctuality and dependability.
