Duties Carefully pack products according to specified guidelines, ensuring protection during transit and presentation standards are met Label packages accurately with shipping information, tracking numbers, and handling instructions Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to uphold quality standards Organize packed shipments in designated areas for easy retrieval and dispatch Collaborate with warehouse team members to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments Operate packaging equipment and tools safely and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of packing stations to promote safety and productivity Complete shipping documentation accurately, including manifests, bills of lading, and shipment logs Requirements Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move packages regularly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in packing and labeling Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Basic reading, writing, and math skills for documentation purposes Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude Prior experience in packing, shipping, or warehouse operations is a plus but not required Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling packaging materials and equipment Join us as a Packer/Shipper and become an essential part of our logistics team!
