Full-time, On-Site At Cibo Vita, we craft premium, better-for-you snacks under the Nature's Garden brand from our Totowa, NJ base. We blend high-quality ingredients with inventive flavors and functional benefits—so consumers can truly "Snack With Purpose." A day on our production floor You'll keep the line moving and quality high. From stocking your station at the start of shift to staging finished pallets, you make sure each product is packed, labeled, and shipped with precision. Pack food on the assembly line and label each package with weight and product details Place completed boxes on a pallet jack or hand cart and move them as needed Stock your workstation with required materials throughout the shift Pull and remove any items that appear defective Collect materials using work orders and deliver materials to assigned machines Move finished goods pallets to staging/shipping and return unused materials to the warehouse Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift (if trained/licensed) Document inventory movements in the system Check codes, expiry date, lot, and quantity accuracy What you bring High school diploma required MHE license required Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Comfort working around moderate noise and temperature Basic math and clear communication skills; able to keep pace with an assembly line Experience with manufacturing systems desirable (1-2 years) Proficiencies Material Handler Experience Forklift Licensed Experience in a Manufacturing Environment Benefits and growth Medical, Dental & Vision Benefits Life Insurance 401K PTO Company paid holidays Career advancement and training
