Hourly (Non-Exempt) Third-shift hours earn an additional $2.00 per hour; this differential is not included in the initial base rate. About Cibo Vita Innovation drives everything we do at Cibo Vita. From our base in Totowa, NJ, we craft premium healthy snacks under the Nature's Garden brand—thoughtfully combining quality ingredients with functional benefits so consumers can "Snack With Purpose." A day in the role You arrive to a well-run production floor and stock your station with all required materials. As the line gets moving, you pack finished food products, label each package with accurate weight and product details, and place completed boxes on a pallet jack or hand cart. Throughout the shift, you shuttle materials to assigned machines based on work orders, keep the line supplied, and pull any items that look defective. Finished pallets move to staging or shipping, while unused materials are returned to the warehouse—everything documented in the system so inventory stays precise. You'll operate an electric pallet jack and, if licensed, a forklift. The pace is brisk, the environment has moderate noise and temperature levels, and your focus on codes, expiry dates, lots, and quantities ensures every order leaves correct and on time. What you will do Collect materials per work orders and deliver to designated machines Pack food on the assembly line and label packages with weight and product information Place labeled boxes on a pallet jack or hand cart and move finished good pallets to staging/shipping Return unused materials to the warehouse to maintain accuracy and flow Operate an electric pallet jack; operate a forklift if trained/licensed Document all inventory movements in the system Verify codes, expiry dates, lot numbers, and quantities for accuracy Stock your station for the shift and remove any products that appear defective What you bring High school diploma or GED Material Handling Equipment (MHE) license required Forklift license required Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Experience working with manufacturing systems desirable (1-2 years) Proficiency with material handling and experience in a manufacturing environment Benefits and growth Medical, Dental & Vision benefits Life Insurance 401K Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-paid holidays Career advancement and training
