Title:
Round Divider Operator.
Summary:
Operates Round Divider Machines following set Company safety standards, maintains a professional work ethic and keeps a record of weighted balls.
Essential Functions:
Round divides the dough mix following specific production requirements. Ensures there are enough dough balls to supply production demands. Maintains area safe and free of potential hazards. Maintains area as clean as possible. Frequently weighs dough balls so as to ensure proper weight, product integrity, quality and consistency of final product. Keeps track of divided dough and gives it the appropriate proofing time as to ensure good quality on our final product. Helps and supports Mixer and/or Press operators. Adheres to Company Safety Standards at all times.
Physical Demands:
Frequent bending, twisting and lifting. Ability to lift unassisted 30 - 50 lbs at a time in narrow spaces. Ability to move arms and hands in a rapid and repetitive manner as to place dough balls in trays as they come out of the machine. Working standing for long periods of time. Working in a warm environment with flour dust. Working in a loud production environment. Occasionally working extended shifts.
Skills and Experience:
Required:
Ability to communicate in a clear manner and follow specific instructions. Able to read, write and fill out reports related to balls weight. Ability to work in a fast pace environment Basic arithmetic skills. Ability to work and relate with others. Able to follow safety guidelines. Well organized.
Standard:
