Responsibilities Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners, pick lists, and warehouse systems with 99-100% accuracy Pack orders neatly and securely to Little Trouble brand standards Apply shipping labels and prepare outgoing shipments Replenish pick bins and assist with inventory organization Assist with receiving inbound inventory and restocking products Perform quality checks on products and orders before shipment Help maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations Follow warehouse procedures, safety standards, and daily productivity goals Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy when needed Assist with returns processing and restocking Work collaboratively with warehouse leads and team members during peak volume periods Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or pick/pack experience required Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high productivity expectations Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology Able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Positive attitude and willingness to jump into different tasks as needed Must be 18 years or older Required Experience Shopify fulfillment or e-commerce warehouse experience RF scanner and WMS experience Apparel or soft goods fulfillment experience is a HUGE bonus Experience during high-volume seasonal peaks Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Day shift with occasional overtime during launches, promotions, and holiday peak periods Weekend availability may occasionally be required Compensation + Perks Competitive hourly pay (DOE) PTO and sick time Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing brand Employee discounts on Little Trouble products Fast-paced, team-first environment Stocked snacks, drinks, and coffee in-office
