Packaging Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, attendance-focused Packaging Associate to join our extrusion line team. This role is critical to our daily production, and consistent, on-time attendance is required . This position is best suited for individuals who are dependable, flexible with shifts, and committed to showing up every scheduled day. Available Shifts (must be able to work assigned shift consistently): 1st

Shift:

7:00am

• 3:30pm 2nd

Shift:

3:00pm

• 11:30pm 3rd

Shift:

11:00pm

• 7:00am All shifts are Monday to Friday, no weekends.

Shift flexibility is strongly preferred. Candidates who can work multiple shifts or adjust schedules as needed will be prioritized.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect fence products from the extrusion line for quality and defects Cut and prepare packaging materials (e.g., 2x4s) using a miter saw for palletizing Package finished products by placing them in carts, wrapping with plastic, and palletizing using strapping/tensioning equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Manufacturing or packaging experience is a plus (training provided) Strong attention to detail Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift 30 lbs Ability to use strapping tensor, industrial strapping sealer and miter saw Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain consistent daily attendance Must have dependable transportation and be able to report to work on time for all scheduled shifts Attendance Expectations (Important): This is a full-time, in-person role requiring consistent daily attendance Frequent absences, lateness, or schedule limitations will not be a fit for this position Candidates must be able to commit to their assigned shift long-term Apply today if you are dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a team that values consistency, accountability, and production reliability .
