Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team in a fast-paced production environment. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This position requires a strong focus on quality and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with other team members. Duties Pack products according to specifications and quality standards. Inspect items for defects or damages before packing. Label packages accurately and ensure proper documentation is completed. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the packing process. Assist with inventory management by tracking packed items and reporting discrepancies. Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment. Basic math skills for counting and measuring products accurately. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift packages as needed. (Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
