Willing to train the right candidate About the Position We are looking for a dependable and organized Stock Picker / Inventory Assistant to join our team. This position plays an important role in helping our sales and warehouse teams accurately locate, pull, organize, and prepare electrical products for customer orders. This is an entry-level position, and we are willing to train the right person. Prior experience with electrical products, warehouse inventory, stock picking, or order fulfillment is helpful, but not required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, able to follow direction, and has the ability to see the bigger picture when it comes to inventory accuracy and order flow.Responsibilities Responsibilities include:
Assist sales personnel by accurately picking products from inventory Make sure products are pulled correctly and allocated to the proper order, staging area, or department Help ensure products are ready to ship in a timely and organized manner Organize warehouse inventory under the direction of management Work with other inventory personnel to maintain accurate stock counts and product locations Help identify inventory issues, misplaced items, or inconsistencies Use stock picking equipment and machinery as needed Read and work from spreadsheets, order sheets, inventory lists, and basic product information Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse/work area Communicate clearly with sales, shipping, and management when products are located, missing, damaged, or ready to move forward Qualifications The right candidate should have: Strong attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately Comfort working in a warehouse environment Ability to read and work from spreadsheets or inventory lists Basic computer skills Willingness to learn about electrical products and inventory systems Ability to work well with a team Dependable attendance and a good work ethic Ability to safely use or learn stock picking equipment Ability to lift, move, and handle inventory as needed Preferred, But Not Required Electrical product knowledge Warehouse or inventory experience Stock picking or order fulfillment experience Experience using inventory systems or spreadsheets Forklift, order picker, or warehouse equipment experience What We're Looking For We are not just looking for someone to pull parts from a shelf. We are looking for someone who can learn our products, understand how inventory moves through the business, and help keep orders flowing accurately from sales to shipping.
