Egg Packer•Full Time, Year-Round We are seeking dependable and motivated Egg Packers to join our team at a USDA-inspected, New York Grown & Certified egg farm serving the Central New York region. Egg Packers are responsible for packing egg cartons, flats, and other packaging materials into boxes and crates while maintaining quality, accuracy, and food safety standards. The eggs you pack will be delivered to local grocery stores, restaurants, and distributors throughout Central New York. Responsibilities Pack egg cartons, flats, and packaging materials into boxes and crates Read labels and verify product dates for accuracy Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Work safely around automated equipment Communicate effectively with team members Prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Requirements Ability to lift 25-30 lbs regularly Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods Comfortable working in a team environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Willingness to cross-train in other areas Important Biosecurity Requirement To protect flock health, employees may not own or care for pet birds, backyard chickens, ducks, turkeys, pheasants, geese, or other poultry.
