Dare to learn new skills, advance in your career and make an impact at Henkel. What you´ll do Independently produce batches per batch sheet instructions, meeting cycle time and quality targets. Perform in-process checks and batch adjustments to ensure products meet specification requirements. Complete all required electronic system transactions accurately and timely. Deliver raw materials from staging, bulk, warehouse, or central weigh to production tanks in accordance with procedures. Organize and maintain raw materials and work areas to 5S standards for cleanliness, orderliness, and accessibility. Investigate and support resolution of raw material inventory discrepancies. Safely operate a forklift and perform other assigned duties as needed. What makes you a good fit HS diploma or equivalent Be able to work the shift D shift (6 pm to 6 am, Thurs-Sat and every other Wed) Strong math skills The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally this position may require the lifting and/or moving of more than 55 pounds. All lifting must comply with OSHA standards. The hourly pay range for this role is $24.00 and $28.50 plus $2.25 shift differential . This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
