This position offers an energetic environment focused on precision, teamwork, and safety. As an Overnight Selector, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing products for shipment, maintaining high standards of accuracy, and supporting the smooth operation of our distribution center. Your dedication will help deliver exceptional service to our customers and keep our supply chain running seamlessly. Responsibilities Efficiently pick and assemble customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse equipment Verify product quantities and quality to ensure order accuracy before shipment Organize selected items in designated areas for easy loading and dispatch Follow safety protocols and proper lifting techniques to maintain a safe work environment Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies promptly Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to support operational efficiency Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods throughout the shift Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order selection Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team Basic computer skills or familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment environment is a plus but not required Willingness to work overnight hours, including weekends and holidays as needed Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean workspace Join us as an Overnight Selector and be part of a motivated team dedicated to delivering excellence!
