Job Description

Job Summary The Packer/Sorter is responsible for safely and efficiently packing finished goods and preparing products for shipment. This role supports the operations team by ensuring product quality, accurate packaging, and a clean, safe work environment. Essential Responsibilities Safely feed materials into machines and support production operations.

Inspect products for defects and pack finished goods according to required configurations.

Perform quality checks and ensure accurate counts across various product sizes.

Make minor machine adjustments to reduce downtime and maintain product quality.

Replace adhesive tape in hand tapers and automatic sealing equipment as needed.

Ensure all finished goods and work-in-progress labels are correctly placed and visible.

Stack finished products in the proper configuration, ready for transportation.

Maintain good housekeeping practices; ensure work areas are clean, safe, and organized.

Promptly report any concerns related to safety, hygiene, quality, or efficiency to a supervisor.

Follow all company policies, safety rules, and procedures at all times.

Accurately complete required paperwork in a timely manner. Education & Experience Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Ability to follow standard work instructions and procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. 12-hour shifts, rotating days Monday-Sunday. .
