RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick products and materials based on customer orders, pick tickets, or RF scanner instructions. Accurately verify item numbers, quantities, and product descriptions before packing. Pack orders securely to prevent damage during shipment. Label packages and prepare shipments according to company and carrier requirements. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or handheld scanners. Maintain inventory accuracy and report discrepancies or damaged products. Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory as needed. Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety procedures. Meet daily productivity, quality, and shipping deadlines. Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to support efficient operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or shipping experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals. Good teamwork and communication skills. Basic computer and inventory tracking knowledge preferred.
